This week, I had to take a full day off to reset. This felt uncomfortable and inconvenient, but that’s all I needed to feel like I could get back in the game to my fullest abilities.

No matter what dealing with overwhelm looks like in your life, know that you have permission to do what you need to in order to take care of yourself.
